Project Milestone | Combermere Street

We are delighted to share that we have received a favourable planning outcome with Council for our Combermere Street development.

Our planning permit application did not receive any objections and the Moonee Valley City Council were satisfied with the development’s compliance with all relevant planning permit requirements.

The approved planning permit will permit the construction of two dwellings on the land each with their own basement garages.

The team is now hard at work to develop the planning drawings into construction documentation, with a goal to commence construction of this project by Q3 2024.

We are excited to embark on this transformative project in Aberfeldie, further solidifying our dedication to creating exceptional living environments that inspire and elevate our community.
