PEMA has snapped up its next development site in a highly prized Aberfeldie location

PEMA is cementing its position in the Moonee Valley precinct, acquiring another coveted site in prime Aberfeldie.

The prominent 860 square metre site boasts an enviable location on the tightly held Combermere Street - a development which is set to become home to PEMA’s next landmark residential project in the area.

We have engaged Mason Bright Architects to look at architectural possibilities complementary to this prestigious location. Initial concept plans for the development include 2 x 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes with expansive backyards encompassing pools and alfresco seating areas.

We are well-acquainted with Aberfeldie, with a number of prominent projects under construction presently in the area including the Parkview Residences on Beaver Street and our 36 May Street, Aberfeldie development.
