We are pleased to announce that we have made our next strategic step with the acquisition of a development site in Aberfeldie, Melbourne.

Aberfeldie is one of Melbourne’s most closely held secrets. A pocket-square of a suburb tucked between Essendon, Moonee Ponds and the Maribyrnong River, Aberfeldie has plenty of opportunities for those seeking the outdoor lifestyle.

The development site comprises of over 1050 sqm of land and sits atop the top of the Park Crescent hill with direct views to the Melbourne CBD skyline.

Our plan for the property include 2 new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes with expansive internal and outdoor living spaces. We are already hard at work to submit our development plans to Council shortly.

All going to plan, we expect to commence construction by Q2 2022.
