A well-resolved home changes something. How mornings begin. The way a family gathers. The feeling of walking through your own front door after a long day. That belief sits underneath everything PEMA does.

Peter spent years as legal counsel for a property development business — responsible for everything that could go wrong across a pipeline worth over a billion dollars. Contracts, risk, disputes. A role that teaches you to read a project clearly. Not optimistically. Clearly.
Marty spent seventeen years at ANZ, including as State Director of Property in Victoria, before moving into large-scale development — apartments, mixed-use commercial, boutique projects. He's also a registered domestic builder. Between the two of them, every stage of the residential process has been lived from the inside.
What they kept seeing: the people commissioning the most significant projects of their lives were being processed, not guided. Nobody was carrying the end result in mind from the first conversation to the last.
PEMA was the answer to that. The process discipline. The commercial rigour. And a shared conviction that a home built at this level should be genuinely aspirational — not just finished, but felt.
