Project Announcement | Parkview Residences

We have submitted our planning application to Council for our flagship Aberfeldie development.

Designed in collaboration with Rise Architecture, the project will involve a complete demolition of the existing home upon the land and the development of 2 new 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom homes over a basement carpark.

With a deep setback and expansive facade glazing, this project will unlock vibrant city views from the first floor bedrooms. In our concept planning for this project, we focused on the relationship between interior spaces and the outdoors. Balancing the weighty presence of the cantilevered first floor, large expanses of glass on ground floor will visually connect the interior to the garden outside.

Sitting at the top of the Park crescent hill, we hope that this project will provide a striking architectural backdrop to Aberfeldie park.

We expect to receive a planning outcome no sooner than Q1 2022, with the current state-wide average for buildings and works applications experiencing significant backlogs.
