PEMA coming soon to Essendon

We are pleased to announce that we have secured our next development site in Essendon, Melbourne.

With its family friendly vibe, abundance of parks and recreational activities, Essendon is an attractive area to raise a family. While Essendon is just a handful of kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, leafy streets dappled with gorgeous historical homes make the suburb one stylish enclave.

We will be looking to submit our development plans to Council shortly. Our concept plan for the property will include 2 new detached 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes with expansive internal and outdoor living spaces.

All going to plan, we expect to launch this project to market and commence construction by Q2 2022.
