We are pleased to announce that our 209 Union Street, Brunswick West project has set a (joint) suburb sale record.

One of our most challenging projects to date, 209 Union was set on an elevated and narrow 440 sqm site.

Tasked with various access constraints, we created 2 side by side townhouses over a common basement carpark. Each townhouse comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and private courtyard gardens.
