Planning process underway for PEMA’s Essendon development

We have submitted our planning application to Council for our maiden Essendon development.

Set across an expansive 860 sqm site, plans for the development will involve a complete demolition of the existing home upon the land and the development of 2 stand-alone 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom homes.

This project marks our second collaboration with Rise Architecture, and our third project in the Moonee Valley municipality. We approached this project with a design to generate drama and excitement. By using scale, volume, elegant materials and clever design solutions, we have planned sleek and sophisticated family homes that are unique from one and other.

We are hopeful that our development plans for this project will be well received by Council and expects to receive a planning outcome no sooner than Q1 2022.
