PEMA continues its love affair with Aberfeldie!

We are pleased to announce that we have secured our second strategic development site in the highly sought after Aberfeldie neighbourhood.

The acquisition completes our project pipeline for 2022 and continues our love affair with the Aberfeldie / Essendon precinct.

We are already hard at work to submit our development plans to Council prior to Christmas, and we are hopeful of bringing the project to market by Q3 2022.

The development site encompasses just over 550 sqm of land and will allow us to bring a diversified product offering to the market.

Following in the same vein as our other projects in the neighbourhood, our concept plan for the property will include 2 new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes with expansive internal and outdoor living spaces, and underground basement carparks.
