PEMA receives its planning permit for its flagship Aberfeldie project!

We are pleased to announce that we have received a favourable planning outcome from Council for our Parkview Residences, Aberfeldie project.

Envisaged in collaboration with industry-leading Rise Architecture and Etched Landscape Design, Council have endorsed our project that will involve a complete demolition of the existing home upon the land and the development of 2 new 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom homes over a basement carpark.

This project will provide a highly tailored offering which perfectly balances sophistication and timeless design. Located on a quiet leafy street and nestled amongst natural beauty, this project is a modern take on neoclassical design.

We are already well advanced with our design development to ensure that we can commence construction by Q2 2022.

We expect the project to span 12-14 months from project commencement and have already scheduled demolition for February 2022.
