All systems go with PEMA’s Essendon project!

We are pleased to announce that we have received a favourable planning outcome from Council for our Ogilvie Street, Essendon project.

Council have endorsed our plans for the project which will involve a complete demolition of the existing home upon the land and the development of 2 new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom homes that will stand alone from one and other.

Each home has been designed to be unique from the other, and encapsulate a sleek and minimal aesthetic. Externally the homes utilize linear geometry and textural surfaces to create an everlasting style that will remain relevant for generations.

The homes will both comprise 3 generous bedrooms and a decadent master suite, high ceilings, expansive glazing and large open plan living zones. Upstairs, flexible spaces will include a stand-alone study and secondary living area/retreat with a light-well bathing each level in natural sunlight.

We are already well advanced with our design development and plan to commence construction by Q2 2022.

We expect the project to span 12-14 months from project commencement and have already scheduled demolition for May 2022.
