APPROVED! PEMA makes it 3 from 3 with the issue of the planning permit for May St, Aberfeldie!

We have completed a clean sweep of all our planning applications with the issue of the planning permit for our May Street, Aberfeldie project.

Designed to encapsulate a light and airy aesthetic, the homes will both comprise 3 generous bedrooms and a hotel-like master suite.

Externally, bespoke geometric forms will combine with robust and enduring materiality, allowing sunlight and shadows to enliven the architecture throughout the day. Warm wooden cladding will link the lower podium to the ground allowing the lighter concrete upper level to effortlessly float and enhance their form.

Internally, elevated ceilings will enhance feelings of spaciousness with large sliding doors to the rear terrace and the alfresco area blurring the boundaries between in and out.

We have commenced our design development and aim to commence construction by Q4 2022.

We expect the project to span 12-14 months from project commencement.
